and he basically said he wasn't paying me? He owes me (again)
over $1,100 usd I got payed once only.. All I heard was a foul mouth and never got any straight answer.. he's a scam bag period.. and he's not honest I'm afraid..He's probably has money troubles? and perhpas going under? who knows all I know is he burned me.. facts are what I see here..

In terms of webmaster base, isn't xpays supposed to be one of the larger programs in the biz? I doubt that Evan "fell from grace"--they've been around forever.

its easy to lose webmasters. a program can be hot one month and suck the next month. there is no loyalty
