I don't even bother with my hardcore adult sites. I've never received a tweet, like, or anything else. And why would I? No one wants other people to know that they get off on midget porn
 Some of the "classier" adult sites will get some attention, but not much. My record so far is 17 FB likes.

I did well, once, with getting a load of social sites following a post i made but then it was related to a big sex tape scandel so i suppose that doesn't really count.
