When you see the "news" report something incorrect about something you know well? Doesn't it make you wonder about everything else they claim?

I actually agree with it though.

The OP's graphic only shows a portion of the graph - the bottom portion explains a little about how the data was compiled:
At the bottom of the graph it states, that the article (which I have not read), was based upon a Money Magazine article (I believe Time/CNN owns Money magazine, not MSNBC).
