    You always get redirect to another site and so on to finally get to the picture or article...

    Is there some scripts for these type of sites?

      Some people call them CJs. They redirect to other sites. They could be using some traffic trading script. There are dozens of different traffic trading scripts out there. They set % of traffic to content. For example, 80% to picture galleries or 50% or 20%. Most of the time, clicking on the pictures on the main page could lead to redirection to other CJ sites.
