First of all thanks to Johnny load for pointing this out to me in an email earlier today... my NDNgirls site was ripped and is being tossed around filelockers and i'm not the only one...

They wont look so smart when criminal proceedings start and domain seizures happen, because this is the future of these sites and something that's being prepared for.

When you DMCA them DMCA the host, the domain registrar and everything you can including the ad spots that you can.

Everyone will reply that its none of their business but the host.

But they have been notified they are working with a pirate and that helps down the line at lawsuit time.

AdultKing, why not write a quick "how to" that everyone can use in terms of taking action so everyone has a clear, effective step by step guide to also apply maximum pressure when their content is stolen as the actual rights holder?

I've always thought that would be emmensely helpful

I had one of my affiliate sites completly ripped and mirrored and the hacker who did it was bosting about it, he did not do it for money but it gave him a "look at what I did"
I reported it to google through my webmaster account because it totaly fucked up my site search engine rankings. This is like saying burglary will stop because you have a house alarm, the guys who do this shit really dont give two fucks about the current internet laws or who they hurt.

Pretty much been that way for years and years, especially with crews that crack games and pirate movies...some of them have been around for close to 20+ years and lots of them do it to be known and have their name out there rather then make money much like gangs and tagging. It really sucks but at least it's nice to see people fighting back.

why dont we set up a site with instructions and some automated stuff to make the process easy. Could even make a check by some from fellow webmasters to see if a claim seems legit before its send out to the proper authorities. I'm willing to do some scripting and host the site.

In case you're wondering that Ultramegabit is maybe a legitimate cloud storage service in it's core, and the examples posted above a merely isolated incidents - that is absolutely not the case. Here is proof of this site's owner being knowingly and wilfully involved in assisting copyright infringements.

In the screenshot above you can see Ultramegabit.com owner ("moogie") providing support to the piracy site sexybb.info owner ("lawina") at WJ, the notorious place where illegal uploaders of copyrighted content gather to discuss their thieving "business". In the screenshot below you can see the admin of this sexybb.info website himself posting content stolen from Deluxecoin.com affiliate program - just a random example, one of thousands.
