II. Enrollment Procedure

He used to pay me till July 2010. I've not modified anything, just lowered my traffic to videosz, that's all. But still sending little traffic ...

Would you accept not to be paid for rebills sales (the main source of income after the 15th of July 2010) even if traffic to this sponsor has lowered ? Would you accept your accounts to be closed after claiming your money ? I don't think so. So put yourself in my shoes and then we can talk again ! If Clement had something to reproach to me I'd hope he had told me before but he closed my accounts during the last 48h without notice, just after I asked him my money, strange no ?

You either sold your sites or traffic has lowered, it can't be both.

First you claimed you had sold the sites you were sending traffic from, now you imply you still have traffic just less of it.

Traffic to videosz has lowered since 2010, it's a fact. But I've also sold my sites with Videosz as a sponsor, that's another fact. I don't see what's incompatible here !!! I just don't have transmit my videosz account already, as I was waiting to be paid : it's that easy

Well then what do you think would be the minimum amount for which he would rip someone off? Wouldn't it make more sense for someone to habitually rip off webmasters who appear to have fallen off the map than to just rip off one or two active, big money affiliates?

I know Clement from the past. I had some issues in the past but that was not because of him but rather with who I partnered up with on the DP network. I can tell you right now, Clement would NEVER rip somebody off! Not even if he would safe him self $1 million. He had paid me to the last cent what had to come my way, heck he gave me even a second chance to restart something else for my own again what I later sold to somebody! From what I've heard to the guy who bought he told me he had never ever met anybody as honest as Clement. So I really urge you to to do some better DD as I think you might be wrong.

Clement paid me till the 15th of July 2010 on videosz --> check my sig : a sale on videosz the 24th of October 2010, date after the 15th of July 2010 (clement lies)
Clement said no activity on ztod since 2008 --> check my sig : a sale on ztod in 2011 (clement lies)

So at the minimum, he owes me 2 sales, no ? And I don't count the rebills. Real Total is $303.
But I can't make a screencap of this because he closed my accounts after I've asked for my payment (check my sig), the 24th of April 2012.

If you still believes he's an honest guy, why doesn't he come here and post proofs that I'm lying or I have done something wrong ?

How many sales emails do you have after the date you were last paid?

My checks from Clement arrive like clockwork.

I am trying to be objective here. These are the facts as I see them:

1. You have provided some proof of having two signups beyond the ones Clement showed in his screenshot of the payment log.

2. Despite showing an average of 4 rebills per signup overall, the screenshot Clement provided shows that from 2007 to the last time you were paid in 2010 you only had 3 signups and one rebill in that period of nearly three years.

It looks to me as if it is likely Clement does owe you for two signups and possibly a rebill or two if there were no refunds but I don't see it as likely that those two signups rebilled many times or that Clement owes you hundreds of dollars as you seem to believe. That doesn't add up based on only having 1 rebill from 2007 - mid 2010 and only sending two new signups in the last two years.

Clement, do you owe this gentleman for two signups?
