Serious reply.

Think of something different and not done a 1,000 times before to drive and convert traffic.

There's nothing wrong with your shooting except it's the same as everyone else. Nothing wrong with the tour, except it's the same as everyone else.

Think outside the box for something that will work and others haven't done to death.

I may have a solution for you soon.

Suggestion. When shooting couples don't have them looking at the camera so much, they are fucking each other. Not posing.

Ok...

In answer to your serious reply...

It would be nice to think of something that hasn't been done before, but can you think of something that hasn't ? It's easy to suggest "outside the box" but actually doing it ?

With such a limited budget I think we will have to look at established methods... I think we will probably look to split our budget into 2 or 3 different things... And yes I know that means having less budget to spend on each component...

I want the things we do to be measureable... so we can see the success of what we do...

And as for the critique... not sure what that as to do with my budget... and we dont really shoot a lot of boy girl... but point taken...

Instead of throwing the money away on something that might not have much return, build a traffic network. For $1k you can hire someone to build you fifty blogs using free themes. Might not make your money back in the first six months, but it's the start of an income stream that can last until the end of time.

Hey Rochard...

Well "Blogs" are definetly on our list... could we really get 50 blogs for $1000 ? $20 each... really ?

To be honest the whole traffic network is definetly on our list... but I think the $1000 will be a seperate thing... we will look to uterlise things like your YNOT Mail with it, and maybe some Juicy Ad Space... along with some traffic...

The best you can do is invest it in mainstream. You will not double it, you will make 10 times that money in residual income in 1 year.

But anyway, you are in adult, right?

So, pay someone to build quality content blogs and submit them to every single place.

You will make at least 5 times that money with that method, in 1 year.

Buying ads in tubes is a WASTE... Same as buying shitty traffic from brokers..

Not recommended, you will throw your money to the RECYCLE BIN, because that traffic is the worse you will ever find and it doesn't convert.

Period.

I do a lot of advertising for my paysites and some for my program PeabodyCash. So I would advise if you are trying to promote your program (not a paysite or some other "income-producing" website i.e., a dating or cam site) the best investment would be right here on GFY. Get the thousands of affiliates and Industry people who read GFY every day to see your program's banner and click on it.

(Disclaimer: I advertise here on GFY so this is a shameless plug for GFY, tho unbeknownst to them.)

I do intend to advertise on GFY... however I feel out of our initial budget any investment on GFY would be wasted... as we just couldnt gain enough exposure with what we could afford...

We plan over the next 6-12 months to develop our own traffic... I know we've mentioned and discussed this before... and I know there are some elements that people dont agree with... but we intend to launch a bunch of freesite/tgps, we intend to launch a network of blogs, we have a couple of tubes in mind (domain names and software) and are even planning a message board... but as I said this is a 6-12 month development...

In the meantime we intend to invest the initial budget of $1000 direct to our paysites... we understand that this amount is real bottom level entry for advertising, and we understand that some things may not work out, and result in us having to reload the budget...

We've already decided on YNOT mail as we have some good email lists... So that will probably eat into our budget to the tune of between $150-$200. We intend to look at Juicy Ads for some good niche specific ad space... to the tune of around $500... But we're still deciding what to spend the remaining $300... But like the YNOT and Juicy Options it must be measurable...

YNOT is an excellent use of your money as you will be able to judge results right away.

The #1 "problem" or issue with "advertising" per se is that it works best with repetition. So the more times someone sees or hears an ad the more effective it is. So with such a small ad budget you will never be able to buy enough advertising to become repetitive enough to make a profit. Does that make sense?

So I would try Juicy Ads or Exoclick or some such site, where you can control the clicks and budget. But again, you're relying on type-ins, "awareness". actual banner clicks (which depend greatly on the design of said banner) and placement of ad. plus, there may be a "lag time" as you may be in a queue for that spot so your actual ad does not appear for days after you think it did...

And so on. But best of luck. in the end you need to find your own way with advertising and that, unfortunately, can be quite costly. :)

I think if you spent $1000 on a traffic broker you might be *lucky* to make $75 back. You're just investing in the broker.

Building a bunch of blogs is a good idea.

Me? I think I'd buy a half ounce, a bunch of cases of beer and some chicken wings, invite my friends over, ask them to bring their laptops and get everyone to do some creative promotions on the social networks. That might yield the best results, and you'd have a lot of money left over to try it again. Also setup 5-10 skeleton blogs and get everyone posting at the same time. Also you may find those friends have ideas after they leave, and continue to contribute just to help you out.

I actually really like the idea... alas all my friends are "poker" nuts... and apart from mentioning at the table whilst playing on Poker Stars I aint too sure they would be able to think out of the box... but the chicken is sounding very appealing right now... maybe it's something I will do at some point :thumbsup

Blogs is definetly on the agenda too... but probably after I get one or two other things running...

Now for the important question... how do I get some promotion off you :winkwink:
