Anyone getting better eCPM rates than exos? I'm not promoting exo by the way. Just haven't found an ad network that can compete with their rates yet.

you can try adx - they have cpm/cpc banners, text links and IM ads for advertisers. Their CPM minimums are higher.
My CPM yesterday on the IM ad was $0.95. Best thing about them is while setting up your adzone you can can tell them what your goal CPM is, paste your Exoclick code as a backup tag, and when they can't meet your CPM goals they'll run your Exo ads instead......
