Can you recommend me WP guy to help me out?

Guys. I'm almost done with the layout for my site. Because of the fact I'm not good with WP yet - I need to speed up the process and to pay someone to work along with me on this one.
The thing I want is the guy to integrate my design into Wp.

I've asked around but most of the people don't do WP integrations - I got even one guy who said that " Omg - this is porn! I don't do porn" ;-) - which kinda surprised me...

I've chosen WP, because it's cheap and because I can't afford proper CMS - and hopefully the guy who will do that for me won't skin me alive.

The guy will work along with me - and at the end I will announce the process in this thread in here : https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1064201 - I'm pretty sure that this should be helpful to any guys who want to start something like me, so this project I'm want to be somekinda public.

I will pay 50% upfront and 50% after the job is done, depending on the price that will be announced . Pay pal or wire transfer are the options.
