AneriNOC in my sig is excellent. Probably the best customer service around. Never used their shared but I'd assume it's just as good.
I've used Certified shared and had a good experience with them as well. They're not the cheapest but their shared was as good as a VPS at a lot of hosts speed-wise. Good service too.
