Once in a lifetime? I do this shit every week.
American Shooters is OK but their constant change in staff has created a less than friendly environment. The Gun Store more or less sucks but it's been the best marketed range for years so the 2+ hour wait in line is typical.
I've yet to see a line at Machine Guns Vegas. They've only been open a month or two.

Pro Gun Club - Boulder City They have an M2 you can shoot
Discount Firearms & Ammo - Just off the strip by all the strip clubs on Industrial
Guns and Ammo Garage - On Dean Martin directly across the 15 from Excalibur, Luxor, & Mandalay Bay
The latest hotness will be open in June or July and is located directly behind Circus Circus. That place is going to be an all out theme park. Minigun, machine guns, airsoft, zip line...
Then there is the "super secret" range that nobody is supposed to know about which is being built in the 50k square foot Cloud Carpet building on Dean Martin just North of Trop.Comment

Hit the Rhino at about 9 pm and leave around 4 am
Next night hit Saphires about 9 pm and leave about 4 am
Every night invite strippers back to a party in your suite, make sure you have coke or molly. Do not bother with any nightclubs unless you are planning on spending 5k a night.Pr0phetComment
