yes, a couple of others too (NATS programmes but maybe they use CCBill under the skin?), traffic is the same though.

No, in my case, its been a really noticable drop over this last week to ten days.

I tried to buy that same dvd somewhere else and my valid card was declined.

I only see these types of issues when using credit card...my cash transactions never gets declined:thumbsup
