      I might be wrong but Twistys [now Manwin] was going after domains which had their trademarked keywords including 'sextube'. They even tried to acquire hardsextube.com [alexa 274 (!!!)] however that failed big time.

              We chose not to pursue it for other reasons. Not ridiculous at all. I imagine anybody looking to buy a domain that has a trademarked term should be very careful and aware of the risks they are taking.
