Maybe 7 figures 6 years ago, I'd be shocked if someone would pay that for AWC now. Sure they have a huge database, but 90% is inactive and hasn't logged on in years. Is synapse still with them?

Hmmm, I'm sure you know which one the thread starter is referring to since its from your country. I've followed AWC since its origination, what did they do that was shady? Unless your talking about them abruptly closing their original affiliate program.

David still owns it yes but he wants out. He has a business offline now. The money is in the code and unmolested User DB. We aren't looking for anywhere near 7 figures. He just wants out. Like I said the deal of a lifetime. The cost of coding alone would greatly exceed what it will likely end up going for.

I've always liked their interface and I can imagine how much it has cost to be updated over the years from the original java version. Are you acting as his broker?
