Quite disappointed in Naught America

I love Naughty America, Have done for ages, made a lot of money with them (not any more sadly) but recently their iframes went down and old links didn't redirect. I notified them of the issue 2 weeks ago and they said they would fix it. (notice both external problems, nothing to do with me)

It didn't get fixed. I got very angry yesterday with Scott and half an hour later the issue was fixed. Go figure?! Granted I was rude, but hey for broken links after 2 weeks who wouldn't get annoyed.

I asked for compensation and got nothing when I have been wasting traffic. Brazzers gave me compensation in a similar issue. Scott said this was because they were losing money as well. Yes clearly it was my fault their system broke.?!

I don't feel angry, just seriously disappointed. Whoever is running stuff over there needs to get shit fixed and organised.

What do I expect? A thankyou would have been order for actually notifying them of the issue, fixing the issue in a reasonable timescale (2-3 days??) and paying me a little compensation.

Really Really disappointed.

Scott, Molly Sorry guys, I'm fair and reasonable, but 2 weeks is a disgrace and to be treated like this, unbelievable.

no matter the situation, if something breaks you need to expect folks will be pissed, its a pleasant surprise when people are understanding...can't take that for granted or expect it to happen again, just learn from mistakes and move forward, hopefully richer for it

Two weeks with broken links after you notified them, I would be replacing them period.

Unfortunately this level of work ethic is common in adult (and online) but what can you do but continue to sift for the programs with some self respect and professionalism.

They should also fix their gallery and clip exporting tools.

Those give all duplicated, don't let you choose if you want mobilebor not, etc...

Really annoying, you have to export and then spend hours and hours making things right to be able to import to your blogs, tubes, etc...

anyway, im not one to dwell on shit.
in summary:

links and frames broken > i notify them > after 2 weeks of emails i get angry > issue fixed (half an hour later) > no thanks/apology/compensation.

i guess things have changed after dealing with Mark and Andreas.

Roald, I have said it completely honestly. I admit, I was rude and angry, but go figure it got fixed half an hour later. This was after waiting 2 weeks. This is why scott wont help me anymore or give me nothing.

Sure I send hardly any sales anymore but I used to and even an apology or a thanks would be nice.

links were pulled from those idiots long ago. their program has nice content but has been a continual series of fuck ups on their affiliate side.
