Maybe he has been paying from his other program(s) since 1997. Since this program was only opened by someone else about 2-3 years ago.

We actually never said we have been paying since 1997. Not sure
how that came up above. Our experience in this biz goes back to 1997.

We chose to leave all the old data and webmasters because we
found that a ton of hosted galleries were live with quite a few affiliates.

We would rather make sure they got credit for their sales now that
we took over the entire program.
