viagra (sildenafil) is fine as far as hard quality is concerned, but it gives me side effects i dont get with cialis (tadalifil). Slight flushing, a slighly odd feeling in my ears and sinuses, slight vision narrowing, more prostate tenderness the day after.
I get none of the vision or sensation effects from tadalifil, and the prostate effect is less noticable.
