I had content produced by this douchebag and he never gave me what I paid for. (promised HD but didn't, screwed up more than one scene, never delivered one scene I paid...etc)

Now, I just found some of MY custom content on tubes.....the whole videos.....in better quality that I have.......what a fucking asswipe!

That content was never released by me, so only me and him have a copy!

He doesn't deliver custom content. He accepts money for custom content but then uses the custom exclusive content for non-exclusive resale and self promotion.

The thinking here is that the *payee* never received the license contract after payment, because he never sent it, and therefore it is in fact non-exclusive now.
