We shoot "raw" on their CF cards and they confiscate the cards after each set. I never see anything until the magazine comes out. They do all the post-production.

I don't have the original. Penthouse does not allow their photographers to leave the shoots with copies of the pictures. That's one of their rules.

I think you're right. We shot a few projects for them back in 2008 and it was the same thing back then. They don't want to take any chances on anything getting leaked until it's published. Sounds like a good plan to me
