Frustrating for you perhaps, but for younger internet users who are in their teens and early 20's, Facebook is what they are used to and have come to expect.

Dig deeper. The new FB page options allows you to browse fb as a user. Why would you want to set up a business account?

Simply change your city/town to your present one under "about/living". No need to verify.

See the "Activity log" link to the right just under your cover photo? Click it. from there all of your posts are listed and you can delete accordingly,
