    Ccbill - do i really have to leave you guys because of the shitty software

    I've been with you forever. You paid me a lot of money, i paid you a lot of money. Support has always been top notch. I have no complaints besides the horrible frigging software you guys are running! I simply can't stand it anymore. I avoid logging in as much as possible. And if i do i often have to contact support because i either can't figure out how to do what i need to do or it just won't load.

    I'm seriously considering moving to another processor simply because of this. I know i'm far from being your biggest client but still i hope you guys finally will wake up. Because the current situation is just ridiculous!

    I really don't want to move but you guys are forcing me to.

      I suggest using a software similar to NATS, where your CCBill data can be polled, and you then use the third-party stats (ie NATS) interface to analyze any stat that you need and even more. Plus it's easy to swap new processors in and out with the click of a button.

              I just posted about this issue too...I sounds like everyone is getting fed up with it...I use Zombaio as well but mainly for my paysites and very little as an affiliate. The Zombaio system (for the most part) loads quickly and is easy to understand...plus they are 5% less on the fees so I get to keep more from each membership....Unfortunately I can't say that I will leave CCBill on either the processing side or the affiliate side as they have been around too long and have a huge market share, that is more people trust them vs. other billers. But yeah their stats dashboard just needs a total makeover no doubt.

                  Suggesting to buy expensive software to compensate the shitty ccbill interface is just retarded. Sorry.

                                  CCBill is really old... They upgraded admin side couple of years ago, but they upgraded from shit to shit. They didn't change really anything...

                                              Using NiftyStats, absolutely no problem with it. Dont log in to ccbill stats anymore.

                                                                  I agree, They need to fix things, and I too don't care about checking stats, there are many other thing to do in Ccbill for your websites.

                                                                  And load time sucks...

                                                                  Over all, Yes I'm sticking with CcBill and will continue to only use Ccbill.
