Well, I did manage to get in touch with him earlier this evening.

As a matter of fact, we've been going back and forth via email for nearly two weeks now. Naturally, I let him know that a promise of payment at this point is a non-event that means nothing. Absolutely nothing, zilch, nada, and that I would prefer it if he were to just deposit the funds into my Paxum account immediately. So we'll see what happens next. All I can say for certain is that I've given myself free reign to do whatever I want at his expense until the payment is received in full so hopefully I won't be feeling too vindictive this weekend.
