welcome to the club. there are 100s of threads here begging for ccbill to do something about their shitty 1990s system but they refuse

working fine here..

its always funny on CCBILL when I see Reconcile Total $6,080.02 and I say WOW!! I did that much in the last month?

then I check real amount and is $1,080.87

LOL I don't know why they have that "reconcile" column, its completely useless and a FALSE HOPE...

Anyway, my CCBILL is an extra income, I promote only 4-5 paysites on ccbill, still the ratio is pretty good considering the global situation of the adult business.

Yup, the past two days I haven't been able to view the last days transactions...tried every browser and tried it on my laptop and it just hangs on loading....very annoying.

Yup, hanging every day for me and getting certainly worse each week/month. Something in their caching db layer is messed.
CCBill also I would imagine think that because it is just about the money you'll just ignore it and take it up the jacksy. However they fail to realise that within the big boy companies there are people now working for them for a static wage. they dont give a toss if epoch or segpay or ccbill give better offers, they earn a wage, not a % of company turnover. So they care about their daily job and delays and how they can do it and how bored they can be made. I just advised a company this who turn $23.7k a month (small potato) with ccbill to switch over to epoch because they want faster stats and dont really care if its .5 here or .5 there. They just want to get on with their job. I just have one word for ccbill, nginx, varnish, mongodb, couchbase
ok, thats more than one word, but it all adds up to "service"

I know they are working on the stats *hangup* issue.....but has anyone informed them that there seems to be a *sales* hangup issue as well?
