You must share your secret with the world on how you can see the claimed/possible injuries that were supposedly inflicted to the back of his head from this picture of the front of his face.
Also keep in mind that the incident took place on Feb 26th. We may have different calenders but that was about 1 1/2 months ago according to mine, What does your calender show as for time that has passed? Or do seriously think that people don't heal from injuries? I got a cut on my side this past Sat afternoon and it's already healed, just a lil red mark now and that's after only 5 days, imagine how it will look in 6 weeks.

Everyone's body is different when it comes to healing. This past summer I had the back of my head split open by a flying rock that the neighbor's walk behind lawn mower hit, at the time it was gushing blood and looked bad...got 14 stitches and after only a week it had healed and after 1 1/2 weeks you couldn't even tell it had ever happened besides the the line of hair that hadn't grown back yet.Comment

If you get threatened and you feel your life is in danger, lethal force is justified. Now try convincing a jury of that; especially if a prosecutor decides to paint you as a racist hate monger (whether you are or not).
The ass kicking might have been the less painful path in this instance and it sure as hell wouldn't have made the news (black kid beats a white guy??? sure.. page 1 absolutely!)
