Alert your web/server host, first and foremost. No malware popped up from the image that you posted, so the source could be on another page.
Check your url here: http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/scanner/ That will give you a basic report. From there you can proceed however you wish.Comment

They actually said this site had the malaware to my link, but that doesn't make sense. I have normally cleaned up most of my sites. I am about to move them to another host I think, but just want to make sure my conversions stay the same so have to figure out what to keep and what to dumpComment

What did the report say when you put in the basic URL where that image is located?
