He will just get high fives from all his FB friends for a successful take down of a gringo. And he will know you see him coming next time and have a friend scam you instead.

Might be a good idea to ship content on physical media so you have proof of delivery and can contest a chargeback.

it's my first CB in 6 or 7 years, in general my billing company does a good job. and shipping the content instead would be a huge increase in work for me and very inconvenient for the honest buyers. and it would not have helped, i would have shipped the content, the CB would have hit me the same way.

Unfortunately the "our sites" link goes to the affiliate signup page, possibly if you sign up as an affiliate you can find out what his sites are, then you can see where your stolen content is being used and take some kind of action. ( I would use fake info if possible)
