    Business idea for Choker

    Have you ever thought about real estate development? Why not create residential communities for wac.......er.......... preppers? There's strength in numbers, if you had a planned community of 200 people like yourself armed to the teeth and all linked together through underground tunnels i'd imagine your chances for long time survival would increase 100 or 1000 fold. These would be very large lots, even though your neighbors are like minded, I know preppers prefer their privacy.

    You could give these communities nice brandable names 'Crackpot Acres' 'Paranoid Farm'

    just an idea.
