Let me guess... computer is broken, posting from my phone... mother died... checks in the mail... ICQ broken... house fire... rogue employee... refund sent, but bank rejecting the transfer... been out of town Did I miss anything?

Yeah, him manning up to his mistake and admitting he overlooked it and offering to do it free, but that's not very drama worthy so you didn't notice it.
