I used to live in Charleston. Left a couple years back for good. Great blog, just the surface though. MS13 and other gangs are fully infiltrated there.
I owned some old Victorians in the hood and had to carry a gun any time I want down for a tenant or repair issue. Glad I did have a weapon couple times. Once some middle aged crack bum was trying to set fire to our house and another time caught two crack addled old fools trying to walk out with our appliances...They took off but they left their keys and wallet on the washer.... Some dumb ass motherfuckers...
