I read a sad story in the paper yesterday. Someone in Miramichi,NB decided to take all his pups, throw them into a garbage bag, tie it up, and leave them on the highway...fucking sicko

We should put people in bags and leave them on the side of the road. The sad thing is, if they caught the guy he will pay a ticket.
