I was walking across the road to my taxi that was waiting for me and a van had to slow down to let me cross - No problem, he was pulling up to lights anyway and I gave one of those little 'cheers mate' waves - At that point his passenger leans out of his window and shouts 'do you want us to roll out the red carpet next time?'.
I just saw red!!
I dropped the shopping on the kerb and stormed up to the van and he must have seen the look on my face because he started to scream at the driver to 'Just Move It Now!!' - He went straight over the red light.....
The taxi driver was watching this and thankfully I know him - He was pissing himself laughing. He said he has never seen anything as scary as that look on my face....
