No the company was actually pretty decent way back, and then I sat through their new bull crap. There was this guy Tampa who repped them in between, but you could respect him cause he kind of let you know the score. Not that he was perfect or anything.
I can't believe anyone has any respect for Derek. I'm sorry. I see nothing but a lying weasel. You have no idea the stories this asshole has come up with to cover for his bosses. If I worked as an affiliate manager and my employer intentionally stopped paying affiliates, I would quit. I can't imagine why anyone --especially an affiliate rep whose reputation is so closely linked with their livelihood-- would ruin their rep over a stupid job that will eventually end anyway.
For instance, Sarah (formerly Sarah_Maxcash) who went to work for Fleshlight. When Fleshlight fucked a bunch of their affiliates, Sarah defended them. Guess who is forever branded as a willing participant in a scam? She could have been a rock star if she just quit. Hell, I would have sent traffic to any company that hired her after she quit just because she was there. Now it's the other way around.
I've dumped clients and bailed on contracts because they asked me to do something that was illegal or just downright dirty. There were times that I needed the money but it still wasn't worth it to me. I'd question the quality of a person's character who would willingly associate with a company who screws people over.I like pie.Comment
