Drink a glass of water between each drink, in the morning have a cup of coffee and a healthy smoothy filled with fruits, yogurt, milk, ice. Have a cool shower and get some type of exercise. I simply take my dog for a 45-60 minute walk everyday.
Seems to work for me. I may not be in amazing shape (I work at a computer 12-16 hours a day) but I feel great most days. I love beer too much to give it up. I drink it almost every evening.[email protected]

Before boozing take vitamin C, NAC and a cup of Gatorade before drinking.
After a long night of boozing, take some more vitamin C, NAC and more Gatorade.

In the morning take some more and have at least 16oz of Gatorade.
The effects of alcohol are nullified and you will actually be healthier from all the extra vitamin C. I would also throw in some pro-biotics to rebuild the intestinal flora.

Something that works for me, when i can remember, last thing before i go to sleep after a big day/night on the alcohol, drink as much water as i can, and then drink some more water. Always seem to wake up better after doing that.

I drink cranberry juice to recover from a hangover... but still, if i drink way too much like yesterday... a hangover can't be avoided... if you don't have a hangover..it simply means you drink like a pussy and you were not that wasted after all..
and drinking water in between also means you can think pretty clearly... again you were drinking like a pussy... drink tequila in stead of water and think of me when you wake up the next day
