Is it really that hard? Their support sucks ass so far. Sites was moved from godaddy to amerinoc and we are having problems setting it up anyone know how to do this?

The short answer is, 'no'.
Verotel used to do this for you when you added in new sites to your control panel. All you had to do was provide them your server log in's. It sounds like that would be MUCH faster than what you are currently experiencing.

I use verotel - They always set the stuff up for me, after I add it in the control panel...
What are you trying to add? Individual 1 time purchases as 'sites' (Like I Do) or a standard folder called members that they pay a monthly sub for?Comment

In all seriousness, (Cause I know this sounds really dodgy) but if you wanna give me access to your verotel account, I will do what I have done for a few other people.
What I have done is to do a screen recording video, with a narration from myself, showing you exactly how to do it. For your account and in the way you need to do it...
However, I (obviously) cant send you the vids of other peoples accounts, as the video will contain pertinent info that is private to the individual...
I dont expect you to take up this offer, cause I'm just the GFY 'Poo Guy'... But its very real and made with genuine intent to help
