A friend of mine recently got married to a woman who has 4 kids age range 18-11. The oldest is away at college, the rest live with them and go see their dad on weekends and vacation etc. A few weeks back my buddy and his wife told all the kids that in September they were taking a family trip and going to Disneyworld. They were all very excited, especially the 11 year old.
Today he sits the 11 year old down and tells her that they were going over their plans for the trip and they just don't have enough money to take everyone. So since she is the youngest she isn't going to be going with them. They feel she will have more chances over the next few years to go. So while the rest of the family is at Disneyworld she will have to stay here with her dad.
She turned pale as a ghost. Luckily he didn't let the cruelty last until she started crying and he told her it April Fools. She was pissed and told her mom and now she too is pissed at my buddy. It was cruel and mean and I'm likely going to hell for laughing when he told me about it, but I thought it was a great prank.

See the look of humiliated anger in his eyes? poor kid. I didn't watch the whole vid but those parents better quickly follow up with a real xbox or emotional wounds might be opened and fester for life
