I dont think he has a trade mark, i run a BBS with alot of hostile kids that post there.. some of them may not like the way how im moderating things there and keeping it legal. So there making threats that they have already purchased a trademark in my name and there gonna take my TGP down.ICQ: 8218548Comment

Trademarks can be a sticky issue. It just depends on who owns the trademark. If you haven't registered it and they have, you might be screwed.Herschel Savage

Don't take chances if its a significant site domain. Get an attorney right away who specializes in intellectual property law. There are several good firms out there that are adult friendly.
