By the way, Hostgator do have 24/7 online support, it's on their home page and is the best way to contact them from my experience.

I can't fault Hostgator myself, no ref code here either, just credit where it's due

I generally hear good things about both Amerinoc and Hostgator. I've also been with some other hosts who have let me down badly

I also heard good things about nakedhosting and mojohost.Didn`t tried them yet but i plan in near further.

I have a box with Amerinoc. No complaints. I also have boxes with Techiemedia. Jim has always taken good care of me, and goes far and above what is expected. Nakedhosting was also very good to me when I had boxes there.
