The contract was for him to correct the contact us form and make email verification required. It is understood from any legal avenue and common sense that hired programmer does not download entire content of server and then almost 2 years later put them on his own domain names.

First time is usually just a hack that gets little bits and pieces added on, the bare minimum. Edit it until it no longer dies with a parse or runtime error.

Anyway, for something as easy as a form, you should ask the coder to do all the work in his production server or his own computer, can't understand why you give access to your stuff to unknown people for such small task

BUT if he took more then just your concept, well then he's easy to find.

Nice. Would be nice to see those other forums. I mentioned before he was very sloppy, was easy for me to track him down once I saw his sites (aka my sites).
