We absolutely had our issues in the past, 2007 was a year we simply outgrown ourselves.
These days we manage pretty good I would say based on recent experiences: http://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1052164
We have expanded our staff, streamlined our processes, even built our very own datacenter facility with an office right on top of it. We have learned from the past and are here to stay for the long haul.

You didn't have your own datacenter back then? Didn't know that. But good to hear you are so straightforward about your past.
Well, I currently have some issues with one of my servers at Webair. If they fuck up again, I may give you a try. If they don't, I still might need your services later this year

No, like almost every other host in the world we leased space in a big datacenter facility.
Building and managing a datacenter is obviously a big investment but it puts us in full control of everything we do, and datacenters are certainly a key aspect of our business.
We still have external space though at 4 different datacenters as we keep our backups off-site for example and for the various interconnects obviously.
For Service and people who keep their promise NATNET
Hi,
Total newbie and been trying a few and had to ask for refunds untill I came at NATNET they take care of everything moved my sites, the tech team helped me out so much I realy did not have to do anything!!!
Never enounter a more perfect service like with NATNET all give you a lot of promises etc etc but keeping them now way, NATNET does
Would recommend them to everybody who is looking for a compagny with great suport!
MojoHost is the second coming of Jesus to me (I also host there currently), so anything I say about them is definitely biased. The cliff notes are that I'd eat the corn out of Brad Mitchell's shit to stay with them. Just sayin'.

However I have known Bill from Nat Net forever and I know he runs a great business and is a good guy in general.
I had no idea who Bill was when I met him but I tried to bum a smoke off him and instead of giving me one, he gave me a packet. First impressions last.
ISPrime I have no experience with so can't voice an opinion but if their being compared with Mojo & NatNet, they gotta be doing something right.
