Anyone have a good place to find a full time person for blog writing, blog creation, etc? I don't mind an Indian worker if he or she is competent, mostly looking for a site where people post up their skills and salary requirements.

I use oDesk. I've found many great blog writers there from $3 - $5 per hour. You're completely covered as an employer with a dispute resolution system, monitoring of your employees through their work diary/screenshots of their computer as they work. I usually get between 10 - 20 solid candidates for each job posted and at any one time have around 30 - 40 people working.Comment

I don't think textbroker does adult content though...if that's what you're looking for. When I was working for them it was a rarity to even see something come through that was even close to adult. I think I wrote descriptions of crops for an adult store and explaining what a foot fetish was... lol but nothing dirty.
