Gian Carlo and Carmen at Brokerbabe are doing a great job.
Brokerbabe's real specialty is in converting Swiss traffic. They also have solid solutions for Germany as well. They recently launched products in Spain and Italy plus I think they might have something for French traffic as well. With the great track record they have in Switzerland Brokerbabe are well worth a shot when it comes to converting your EU mobile traffic.
Keep in mind that new regulations in Germany/Italy/South Africa have meant every mobile program has had a tough start to the year when it comes to converting that traffic!
