Certainly true. Often people get so focused on that, though, that they forget choosing the right bait and hook can double the catch. Get it right, then duplicate what works best. Then fine tune it to get 20% more sales per unit. Do more of that, then tune it to be 10% more productive. If you have have 1,000 pages, building 100 more is a 10% increase. Instead, tuning the template used for those 1,000 pages might be a 25% increase.
