Anyone try ZzzQuil yet to help you sleep?

I have been having trouble falling asleep but don't want to use anything addictive. Anyone used this?

I tried the gelcaps... yes they did kind of help me sleep but I took them right as I was going to bed, so I laid there for awhile but I slept better than I have in awhile

I have had the liquid a d it k Ickes me out and yes it can be habit forming if used too much . It's more mental addiction . Read the label

Just get a prescription. these days 'sleeping pills' aren't barbituates or anything heavy. I think I pay $10 for 60 tablets of zopiclone and I only take a half , and i can take them or leave them taking them regularily or going long stretches without with no ill effects for me at least.

You know what's cheaper? I buy the Walmart brand sleeping pills. I think it's $2 for a box of 12 or something around there. It's just Benadryl and works miracles.

Haven't tried it, but do take a sip of Nyquil most nights. I've only been seeing it in the berry flavor, is it available in the cherry like Nyquil?

ha just read the fortune article about how some marketing genius realized people used nyquil to get sleep so why not rebrand and make more money. Guess it's working. It's just antihistamine anyhow can probably find cheaper options exact same active ingredients.

Rob, whatever you do, DON'T end up with all the fkn meds they put me on after my incident last year! I wouldn't want ya to go through all of that...nor be sleepy all the damn time from them!
You've seen that mess of 'em I have to take.
BUT...now I can at least get to sleep, unlike before when I could never get to sleep!

I've been trying to exhaust myself with exercise and turn everything off by midnight, save for maybe something super boring on my laptop if I really can't sleep. I invariably get a hung-over feeling if I use anything to put myself to sleep, even Gravol. Sucks, because sleep is not my friend these days.
