Best banners for tube sites?

My tube site just reached 3K a day, which is not much for tube, but its enough for me to focus more on it and it is almost pure SE traffic. I'm with lot of sponsors, but I really have problem that most of them do not have quality banners, some of them must think its 2002 or I dont know... I think that especially on tube sites you need really high quality eye catching banners that can compete with those big video players. Unfortunately even I'm already with big amount of sponsors, most of them does not have high quality banners. I have good banners for classic membership sites, dating site also, but still do not have any really top quality for cam site.
So my answer, who has today the best banners for tube sites, in your experience best conversion rate, especially for cam sites?

Second question. I have porn site membership banners for my niche there, I have dating and cam site banners there, is there anything else that sells on tube site except of this? I'm not 100% adult webmaster anymore, I spend most of the time now on mainstream and just offering local seo services so I do not know what are the new trends in adult now.
