Who needs money? The definition of failed signup = :
The person tried to signup too many times... both of them. Still can't believe that they actually called *us* to complain.
Time to make some changes...
Yes I am so glad those customers were effectively stopped from burdening us with extra sales to count!
Yeah we need to *really* change a few things we do not need customers so satisfied and happy with our unique products that they would actually try and by more products the same day.
Good thing they were stopped in their tracks from making purchases with us or I might still be up counting sales instead of enjoying myself on GFY

well the good thing is now you don't need to count the money... Think of it like this... it was never yours to begin with (even though 2 customers called you and said... how the fuck am I going to pay you?) all is good on the front end.

No problems here...
I think they call it ... no problemo
Well we communicated with one of several denied customers from yesterday and he is very curious because he got an email telling him to call and verify his identity to have his phone consult transaction approved...
Sounds noble, and proper but one small problem...he calls the number and verifies himself and still is told he cannot get an approval... We offered him a few dvds for the trouble he was having.
He was very upset because his window of opportunity to do a phone consult was very limited, and he REALLY needed that consult
He also expressed his displeasure and curiosity because he still could not tell if his card was charged.
He was implying that the join form just "hung" and never returned an error or approval.
I am just really thankful that those 2 individuals decided to call us and vent their frustration about their sign up troubles.
For some reason we never got any denial emails so we were blind sided.
Well at least we have identified where the problem is and working expeditiously to correct the problem
As soon as they are done spending an ass ton of cash on the PX Forum on a ton of people that have never processed a dime with them, they will then address your situation.
On the affiliate side I am noticing lots of form submissions for each signup. It appears to me that customers might be getting denied and are using several cards to try to get in.
The phone verification concerns me a great deal as an affiliate. How do I know I am getting proper credit for these sales?
I really hope this phone verification isn't being used a lot. If I am a porn surfer I am NOT going to want to call someone up and tell them "I want porn and my name is John Smith". Come on guys.

That's the crazy part... these *porn surfers* actually called us to complain. It wasn't until they called us that we then called ccbill.
We don't want to start bullshit... simply the ability to make money.
This thread is meant to give a little, friendly *bump* to ccbill saying "hey guys, something is amiss here... please try and give it some thought and correct"

"
We all know then that means for every one customer which called you there are anywhere from 10 - 1000 who got the same thing but didn't call in. Crazy.
I should point out this isn't something which is only happening to your program but rather it is probably happening to almost all of them. The same thing as above applies. If one webmaster complains at least 10 - 1000 others are likely thinking or experiencing the same thing.

It is a *little* different. Some people get hooked on Sara and want to talk to her live.
They were repeat customers and *pissed* they couldn't. So they called the number they knew and complained.
I agree... it is very, very rare for a customer to contact a porn site to complain they could not pay. It happened twice yesterday.
yes. I wanted to get to a dollar monthly amount and then make the switch, I suppose we may do it sooner.
The financial goal might be good for the merchant account, I would go ahead and get Epoch rolling though. Only offering your customers one payment option is not good for you or them.

Probably not bad advice considering CCBill can still cascade to Epoch and fully credit affiliates from what I understand - if properly configured.

Yes and it works just fine. A bit of a pain to set up.
Once rolling it works well. Just make sure NOT to go upside down with it. In other words the secondary processing more than ccbill.
Sliiing can make any ccbill code track any sale.
We are talking now... meaning... any ccbill tracking code is tracked by sliiing and any affiliate code will get credit. There system is about 2 years ahead of the times and about 15 years ahead of ccbill.
It takes 2 hours to complain that it took 1 hour 2 see stats. True story
I'm actually not telling the truth... it took me 1 hour to explain to tech1 problems exists, another hour with tech2, who then assured me that all is good and after all that... I get this...
Dear Client,
You are receiving this e-mail to let you know that ******** attempted to subscribe to website http://www.saraswirls.com and was declined due to the following reason:
You Have Submitted Too Many Times Recently.
Do you know what the definition of insanity is? It is repeating the same thing over and expecting a different outcome.
Time well spent... glad we don't need to write any additional funds into yearly taxes

I'm really impressed with your attention to detail and your efforts in improving Sara's site. Like I mentioned earlier, it's really time for you to take the next step and get a cascade going. A/B testing doesn't only apply to tours and join pages. :-)

Feb 13th was the day they implemented the phone verification process. Ironically, that is the day my sales died.

I am taking 1 step further. I am going to go with sliiing to track my stats and pay affiliates.
I am also going with netbilling to create my account, who will then send my sales to a bank that does not scrub so hard.
The thing that we are setting up is brand new... I recommend other programs try it.
1 affiliate code will track any sale.
It is then our, my, job to pay affiliates. I'm so sick of this scrub and there is no resolution except to do it myself.

no hard feelings... k? I can take a peek if you want, i aint gonna bite
Here is how you make the most money with ccbill. 1, change your tos that states that affiliates will not be paid on backup prosessor sales, e.g., casgaded to the next biller. 2. Put ccbill primary. 3. collect

as an affiliate, if i don't make sales, i go to the next sponsor...
so...
I am sorry but the tubes, file sharing sites, bootleggers, password traders are not preventing business from growing
those excuses don't apply to us, we have customers lined up who wish to pay us money and they are getting denied.
We are now at $500.00 usd in valid recurring transactions blocked in the past 48 hours, even after some customers called and verified their info they were still blocked.
Whats the point of a "verify" feature if a customer calls and verifies and begs you to process his transaction in utter and complete vain?
Do you think at some point affiliates and customers are going to be like WTF is really going on here?
Instead of posting and complaining, I talked to my ccbill rep about this, and he took care of it.
resolved.
Companies that make multi million dollars a year providing a service should have their service working like a fine tuned machine. When people go to deposit check at bank of america atms it doesnt reject the checks sometimes does it?

beaner took 2 hours to exmplain his problem to 2 persons from ccbill (see above)
Now I just forward denials to a contact at ccbill. One of the problems *i think* is we are also processing sales for phone/cam time.
I'm not sure ccbill is ready for multiple purchases and higher dollar amounts (per transaction). Ie spending 75 dollars for 10 minutes and then customer trying to spend that same amount again, 10 minutes later.
The guy that goes by CHMOD on here is owner of sliiing. We are moving forward with it. Affiliates that want ccbill, can still use ccbill. Affiliates that want to get paid by us, can choose that method. Same ccbill code for affiliate, all thaty is needed is which tour they send to.
It really seems like a win win, it will take trust from affiliates that the sponsor will pay but we are at that point to feel is the best way to take the next step.
I just wanted to say again you've done a great job with Sara's site Beaner. Congratulations! Bump for you.
Hey thanks Mr. Peabody, it goes without saying that we value the support and postive feedback from the fans, but when a fellow webmaster and program owner gives props to the site it really means alot
Also a bump for the guys at sliiing, if you are one of the many who have been frustrated with your stats, please do yourself a big favor and check out the products at
