    So I am watching 'Clockwork Orange' again....

    And I still do not get it.....

    Perhaps I should try watching it sober - but I think it might be even worse.

    I met Kubrick once when I was very young - (If you are good I will tell you that story one day) - Its a shame I had not seen the film then - I could have asked him what the fuck it was all about.

    Anyway, back to the film - Alex is about to get his kit off again....

                  Maybe I am trying to read too much into it and missing the point. Maybe it is a film about crime, retribution and and an attempt at rehabilitation. I don't think so though.

                  Its funny how many referances I see in other films and even music that comes later.

                                              It's based on an old book http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Clockwork_Orange I remember by parents use to have it laying around when I was a kid. It has an entire glossary where you can understand what they are talking about.

                                              Kubrick is perhaps my favorite director but I admit this is not his best movie, not even close.
