When creating a site, think of the "Hot Button" that will make surfers turn into buyers of your product. With sites like Met Art, it's simply quality, Brazzers bulk. There are 100s of other sites competing for the same customer, same affiliates and traffic as you are. You need to give them a huge reason over your competition of why they should come to you and stay.
A solo girl site, doing what ever she does. Is never going to work well if the girl isn't very special. Why should anyone sign up, fall in love or want a girl who is 1 of a 1,000 other girls. She needs to be the 1 in a 1,000 with something very special to offer. And exclusive. Selling something that can only be bought in one place, is better than selling something that can be found anywhere. Lady Sonia is a great example of this.
It's simple to find a surfers hot button you want to turn on. This will be te structure for the product, design and marketing.
Sounds elementary, yet so many sites don't do it. They are just "another" place to get porn. And sales show this.
