Cool thanks Baddog for sharing. I thought you were doing raw foods only though?

Don't worry about what other people think. If you want to eat meat less often, and maybe choose only free range animals then do it :thumbsup

The meat will taste better, and you'll probably be a lot healthier by eating proper amounts of meat (say only a few times a week)

This is a very wise comment. This is the perfect way to enjoy what you want to eat in a responsible way. Moderation is key.

I went on a raw food diet a few years ago in solidarity with my daughter in her adventure. That was a very tough diet and not really my style. That is not to say there were not some very interesting side effects (like my acid reflux leaving, never to return). I would go back on it for short bursts if I wanted some weight loss, but my new diet is definitely a lifestyle I can live with and the pounds just slide off.

However I hate the killing and the factory farming.

It seems you cant just be a vegitarian that only eats meat rarely - I mean if I avoided meat most of the time and just had it, for example, if somebody offered it at a dinner party.

I just know I would be called a hypocite by people from both sides.

there is no such things like "almost" for the facts. Either you are or you are not vegan.
Vegans should not eat any animal products and sub products - that includes - milk or butter.
So almost in our case should mean that the person prefer eating some certain products, and avoids the rest... Not a vegetarian to me.

They should be paying me a commission: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/produ...ice-extractor/

1200w of pure power (which means more juice and drier pulp)
Easy to use
Easy to clean

It costs a little more but you will save $$ in the long run as you will use less produce and get more juice and it won't break on you.

Indeed they should be paying you for all the advertising and photos you have online.
You are making everyone healthier :)
Do you still remember how to chew food or no ?
Thanks for the info, I want to buy one.

i have quite a few books on this and was a vegetarian for quite awhile, but one of the books specifically i have states that the way meat is on the body even just eating it couple times a week makes an impact on your health.

If I only eat pussy occasionally, does that make me almost a lesbian?

nico-t 03-17-2012 06:34 AM

just eat whatever the fuck you want, you only live once. I eat everything that tastes good. Eat meat every day. No way i am only eating a salad - thats not a meal. A salad with a nice piece of meat or fish is way better :thumbsup

I joke with goodgirl that we are bringing a new generation of fit and trim adult webmasters with how large our following has become.

And no worries about chewing, we only juice once a day and the rest of the time we are eating quite well . . . if not as much. It is truly amazing how little we eat these days compared to even 6 months ago. I almost feel guilty going to a restaurant any more as we usually end up splitting a dish. :1orglaugh
