I have an appt with another doctor on Monday morning. I joined a new gym on Wednesday but Im going to hold off working out until after this appt. Why? because I don't want any reason why something would spike.
I told them what I was going through and they said that sounds spot on with a low T issue, likewise could be something related to hypothyroid, hypoglycemic or even cholesterol related, but they will do a full lab and find something to help. Its not that I enjoy being fat, lazy and unmotivated, I WANT to get up, do things, make lots of money but just no drive :( |

And for the record, when it comes to using hormones/steroids like Testosterone and HGH etc.. its easy to talk trash and be critical and cling safely to a taboo word like "steroid" or "chemicals" as you seem to prefer, without having any real idea of whats being discussed or what steroids even are - nevermind the wide range of drugs that word encompasses which range from totally benign in almost any quantity to lethal when abused.
At the end of the day, you are dying. Good diet and exercise will help your health but for the most part, it isn't going to do a great deal to offset the decline in testosterone production and HGH secretion - to the point where its going to have a radical benefit to your health. Your body is breaking down and falling apart. Its designed to. This begins in your mid 20's as a male and heads on a trajectory that climbs steeper and steeper with age. Testosterone and HGH in the context of hormone replacement therapy in males is about preventative measures to slow your body's physical decline. If your test levels are down to very low end of the range, you can't move it back up to the high end with exercise alone. You can only move it up slightly. If going from 300ng/dl to 400 is good enough for you while you try to do everything perfect... that's fine. As for myself, i'm happy at 1000-ish. Its easy to talk it all down.. but in 20 years when YOU are the one with a bad hip, bad knees, arthritis, failing mind etc.. it will be too late for you for the most part. And that's what some of us work very hard to prevent... with diet, exercise AND hormone replacement therapy. Tical is the last person in this forum that I would be challenging on the subject. |

Figure out SOME physical activity that you'll enjoy like tennis, bowling, basketball, etc. You don't have to enjoy it forever, but enjoy it enough to find a club or some people to do it with. I don't think there are many people that actually look forward to going to the gym, but especially if you take a little pride in how well you do at a particular sport, you'll look forward to beating some ass, and before you know it you'll have been decently physically active over a 2-3 hour timespan.
I'm 6'1, used to be 280 lbs, am now 210 and besides things like quitting soda (which alone helped me lose the first 30) and now eating fast food and pizza sparingly, the major key to not just losing weight but being more fit was joining a tennis club. Tennis was something I had played when I was little and also a bit in high school and early in college and my weight got out of control after I had stopped. Getting back to playing tennis helped build some muscle in addition to losing some more weight, and overall being able to last longer with any kind of workout, including sex. Anyways, there's no one thing that works for everyone, but just find something that interests you enough to at least get out there once or twice to do it. There are many people who wouldn't set foot in a gym that stay fit because they find other activities to do. |

Make sure to have your anti estrogens. Also best to go black market, it will save you a lot of money. |
Update!
I got my results back from my doctor and not really surprised, my test levels are low but still "normal"
Test my level: 331 "normal:" 280-1100 Free Test my level: 46.0 "normal:" 35-155 I'm 31 and work out about 2x a week. Talking on a body building forum they said these are definitely low, but my doctor says they are not low enough for medication. So I can either try another doctor and possibly have the same headaches, or wait it out for a few weeks and try again |

do a search on HGH on this forum, there was a really good post on it a couple years ago.
HGH is the fountain of youth, many many hollywood peeps take these treatments from when they are 40 yo... i am doing pretty good still, probably only start when i am 50 or perhaps even 55. |
