    The Blood Type Diet

Has anyone ever tried the blood type diet? After a blood test, I found out that I'm O positive blood type. I looked into the Nets and they say that I should avoid wheat products, grains, pork and even orange. I should then eat more beef, lamb and richly colored veggies. But here's the weird part, I should maintain enough salt. The more I look at it, the more it's similar to the Atkins diet.

Mind you, I am not referring to anally retentive Cohen diet which weighs EVERYTHING that you put in your amount. But the ones in the book years ago.

If I follow this, is it then okay to follow the "small meals every three hours"?

And from someone who's 5'10" and weighs 250 lbs., would I do more cardio or more weights or both if I want to lose pounds? Would the blood type diet work considering I have hypertension but have a reasonably decent blood sugar?

Not familiar with this, but good luck and you can try posting on a body building forum.
